Home service lead generation you pay for per qualified lead
Referrals and word of mouth only go so far. Lead generation on Facebook and Instagram works only with a good page and a fast reply. Ads without them waste your budget on people who never book.
How it works
- We build the page and the ad.
- We run the campaign in your own Meta ad account. You own the account and the data.
- You pay Meta for the ads directly. You pay us for each qualified lead we bring in.
- Every lead is checked and followed up right away.
- A monthly report shows what you spent, how many leads came in and how many were qualified.
What “qualified” means
The person is in your service area, is asking for work you do, gave contact details we’ve confirmed, and isn’t a duplicate. We agree this in writing before anything launches.
Where it closes the gap
| If you’re a… | The usual problem | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Roofer | Work comes in waves. | Ads aimed at your service area and the jobs you want. |
| Plumber | Quiet weeks between emergencies. | A steady source of scheduled jobs. |
| HVAC company | Slow shoulder seasons. | Campaigns for tune-ups and installs. |
| General Contractor | Too many small jobs, too few good-fit ones. | A page and ad built around the projects you want. |
What we don’t promise
We never promise a number of leads, and a lead that doesn’t meet the written definition doesn’t count.
Questions
Who pays for the ads?
You, directly to Meta, from your own account.
How is it billed?
Per qualified lead. We agree the amount on the call, not on this page.
What if the leads are bad?
A lead that doesn’t meet the agreed definition doesn’t count.
